1. Contact Me
If you have any questions about my services, need help on a particular project, or would simply like some advice, either call or email me so we can talk through what you wish to achieve, and a view on how I can best meet your needs.
2. Consultation
Should you wish to go ahead, I offer a free consultation – this can be up to an hour, either in person or via Skype. This way I get to look at your current set-up, you can get to know a bit more about me, and we discuss how we can work together.
3. Proposal
Once I have structured a solution tailored to you, I will provide you with a proposal and pricing structure. If you’re in agreement with that, I will put together a contract, together with a schedule of work, and once that is signed by both parties we are good to go.
Throughout the process, you will receive updates and feedback so that you can be clear on the progress and we can both be sure you are getting what you need
Working Remotely
The majority of the work can be completed electronically. I will arrange to set up cloud-based solutions and file transfer systems necessary to enable this.
Working On-Site
I can be available for on-site visits should you require support either at home or in your office. Some clients prefer a face to face visit so I can tailor this to your needs.
