Which rate is best for you?
The benefit of a Virtual Assistant is that you only pay for the services you need.
You may not require regular help, in which case the pay as you go hourly rate would suit you.
If you need assistance on a weekly basis, a retainer works out to be more cost effective and this ensures you have a guaranteed set amount of time allocated to you every month and would give you priority.
Bespoke project rates are offered for a specific brief which can be for a number of things from renovation to event management support. This is a great way for you to get a clear picture of the total cost of your project in advance. As every project differs these are discussed and agreed upon the briefing stage.

The hourly rate is applied as and when you need my assistance on a pay as you go basis and you are only charged for the time you use. This is ideal If you need occasional sporadic help from one month to the other. Invoiced monthly. |

| MONTHLY RETAINER |

An agreed amount of my time can be secured for you each month to complete your tasks, from a minimum of 5 hours or more per month. A retainer gives your tasks priority over ad-hoc clients, and gives you control over your monthly budget. I will advise if you are reaching your limit to avoid spiralling costs. Monthly payment invoiced and due in advance of work. |

| OUT OF HOURS |
£50/hr |
'Out of hours’ support is available at a rate of £50 per hour. I can be available for emergency support out of my regular working hours 9am to 5pm. |

I use time tracking software to calculate the minutes that I have worked, rounded down in 15 minute increments. A full breakdown will be attached to your invoice so you can see exactly where the time I have worked on your business has been spent.
These prices are in accordance with my Terms & Conditions and Contract provided at the time of booking and cannot be carried over from month to month.
All rates correct until 1 April 2024.
