It’s time to say goodbye to piles of paperwork and unseemly clutter.  The future is digitised files.   I offer a service which will convert all your hard copies into a cloud based digital system, accessible from all your devices.

The process is simple. Using familiar software such as Dropbox or Google Drive I set up a cloud system based on the quantity of storage you require.  I also design a logical folder system which you can easily navigate.

Once the infrastructure is in place, all documents are scanned and immediately stored into their relevant folders.  I scan everything, but store separately in paper form official certified documents and anything with a seal, such as deeds, wills, title documents and birth certificates.  This means you always have a backup and won’t lose anything.  All scanning is completed at my home office and sensitive items shredded and professionally disposed of.

The final step is maintenance, which is easy to keep up when carried out weekly.  Just scan and organize into the appropriate folders so you stay on top of your records.  I can show you how to do this with an easy to use app or your own scanner if you have one.

This service is offered a project rate so is calculated in advance, based on the size of the job and how many hours I estimate it will take.
