Hi, I’m Jo London. Having worked for 30 years as an Executive Personal Assistant, I pride myself on being an instinctive planner and organiser, and a person who ‘gets things done’.
I started my career at the BBC, but soon after, steered by my love of music, I actively sought a career in the music industry and succeeded.
During this time I worked my way from junior secretary to Executive PA at several leading record labels, before joining forces with my longest standing employer, who still retains me as his Virtual Assistant today. Together, we embarked on an exciting journey, that saw us grow, over 20 years, from a small successful record label to an industry player with over 35 staff and numerous bestselling artists. More recently his family have launched a luxury womenswear label, and I have been instrumental in assisting them through this early stage start-up.
I have dealt with everything, from the everyday to the extraordinary – be that paying a parking ticket, to running a complex horse racing syndicate. As well as the traditional PA skills I have experience in event management, staff recruitment, travel planning, invoice management, office moves and talent liaison. During this time my duties have involved managing my employer’s household, so I have the necessary experience to offer Lifestyle Management support.
Additionally, I have a keen interest in interiors and renovation, and after completing an interior design course have successfully assisted several clients with renovation projects, ranging from single rooms to complete houses.
My years of experience have equipped me to be both administrative and creative. I love what I do and would welcome the opportunity to help you if you are struggling and need support.
Based in North West London, I work remotely from my office at home or locally on-site, depending on your needs.
